TalkTalk Poor Service Featured In Times Article

Times online reporting on slow TalkTalk fibre speeds coupled with poor customer service. Also highlighting general poor standard of internet service provided in U.K. by most of the main providers.
One customer promised 32 Mbs and only receiving 3.2 Mbs.
