    You cannot sell artificial leather as leather in the UK, no ifs buts or maybes. There is a UK industry standard and if it is mis-sold, you have a case.
    Mercedes interiors aren't just sold as leather. You have a choice of leather or MB-Tex; which many a three point star salesman will convince you, is better than the real thing.
