Apoligies if I have posted this in the wrong place, please feel free to move me!

I am in need of a sign for the back of a adapted vehicle with respect to... 'Please don't park too close, I have to get my wheelchair in." I would like something catchy, witty and eyecatching (and polite please!).

i saw in the back of a car a sign and it had words to effect , please allow at least 2 foot behind vehicle as wheelcar access is needed.

haven't seen them around to buy tho. sorry.

I had one that said pleasse leave room I may be using my wheelchair, but it didn't work, so I made my own up.

Parking too close stops me putting my wheelchair away,
It makes me angry...you don't want me angry!

never had a problem since.

Don't make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry. (I turn bright green and my molecules swell up!)

Seriously, try the Yellow Pages or Yell.com for those places that do signs for vans, custom car decals, numberplates etc. I used to work with a wheelchair-bound lady, who had a sign made up by a local firm. She got so many other disabled people asking her where she got it from that she ended up keeping a load of their business cards in the glovebox!

Please leave space for wheelchair access at all times
