Hello - I think it would be a good idea to have a sticky post, or a post dedicated to the legal requirements for Landlords...
Apologies firstly if this has been covered... but here's a start...
1) Gas Saftey - An annual inspection of gas appliances if there are any... Link
2) EPC Certificates - made available to any prospective tenant... Link
3) Tenancy Deposit Scheme - Link to thread
4) Smoke & CO2 Alarms - Link to thread

Try:
* New landlords: advice, information & links
or for the whole thread:
* Tenancies in Eng/Wales: Guides for landlords and tenants0 -

Could a mod create a sticky topic covering "Landlords: Important Threads"?0

Ask a mod! They don't monitor threads closely enough to read your post.
However in the past they've been reluctant since the forum is dedicated to consumers rather than business advice.
