Okay so I got a headstart on tomorrow so I'll do that list now
Tuesday Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Level 1
[strike]Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe [/strike]
Level 2
[strike]Vacuum floors and sofas [/strike]
[strike]Dusting, even if it is around things [/strike]
[strike]Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets[/strike]
Level 3
Wipe door handles and banister
[strike]Move objects so dusting is more thorough, dust them before putting back [/strike]
[strike]Vacuum under furniture (only if you won't hurt yourself doing it, don't want any injuries)[/strike]
Extra Mission:
Pick one or more of the following tasks –- [strike]Pilish any furniture that is feeling a little neglected, of course if it's cluttered up then you might need to do some clearing first[/strike]
- [strike]Sort through shoes, coats and bags (might be an idea to get the waterproofs out and put the summer ones away
)[/strike]
- Clean any glass items in this room like mirrors, clocks etc
- [strike]Sort through any books or magazines lying around, put them where they should be, if there is a library book due to be returned then make sure it goes back or is booked out again[/strike]
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
I have a clean kitchen, for the first time in months i dont want to run out screaming when i go in!Thanks to all whove given me encouragement, with a bit of planning and some cooperation from the baby (this is also the first colic free evening in weeks) i can keep it sorted and ill have a presentable downstairs, if i can muster that each day ill be really pleased and hopefully even have some time to study.
Thanks again0 -
Aaargh, where did today go? I went to a meeting about school which was supposed to take two hours (plus travelling), but didn't get home til four. It was good stuff, useful and interesting, but I haven't got much done off the list. Kitchen pretty good, but I wanted to keep on list this week and next as I know things will go down to level one when I return to work. Never mind, tomorrow is another day (Scarlett O Hara).
Michelle - glad to hear today went well.
JillD - I think you need a rest! Take it easy
Pigpen - how will the local keep going?!
I know my motivation will be low tomorrow, always is when I feel behind. I may have to go for a solway thirty minute challenge to get me going tomorrow.

Thanks tracyg, I usually stay up late and stuff on my birthday but unfortunately for many years due to DPs work commitments it's been alone, same reason I've never really been able to celebrate my birthday, even if I was alone tonight, I wouldn't feel alone thanks to those on here
I've got the joys of trying to see my parents at seperate times tomorrow, hence the living room tidying still as it's a tipthey're seperated but sharing a home at the minute and WW3 breaks out whenever they are together (they make sure each other is out when they are home etc). They know I won't have it in front of the boys.
Oh I wonder if he gets me a card this year, I did say to stop DS2 getting upset that he didn't get me one there is some in the box upstairs :rotfl: can you tell I know him well! One day I might be more organised...........

Aah Lil me - dont like the thought of you being alone on your birthday but like you said you've got loads of mates on here to hang out with. Mines on Sunday and I won't be painting the town red either - hate going into town now.
Just uploaded a picture of my cheeky little man as my avator if anyone fancies a peek! Can you tell I'm bored lolLightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!

Tracyg he's so scrummy, I want to pinch those cheeks, awww he's lovely, thanks for sharing the photo
made me smile. I won't be this time as he works different shifts now, have been for several years however just me and the boys so it's weird not being sat alone now I suppose after so long being unable to celebrate we have forgotten how lol, but he's hiding out the back now with the cars, TopGun theme tune on actually, he has some weird taste and I suppose at least tomorrow I'll be there with him as he used to run the club on his own I would just stay home, got loads to pack up and take tomorrow up there ready for the BBQ next week aswell, have managed to get a gazebo but was £20.
As for going out, the pubs I used to go to aren't even open now, it's been over 6 years since I went out drinking where we live, in fact I've only drank when on holiday last June in the last 2 years anyway, had one archers and a few bottles of that blue stuff, got booze in the house I was bought for birthday 2 years ago untouched. I couldn't tell you where half the new ones are, he's been on about taking me for ages but I don't know if I want to.One day I might be more organised...........
