I wouldn't have a clue ampersand, I'm too soft, I would have just paid it if my husband and friend hadn't told me not to and to find out if there's anything I could do about it!
On a positive not after using Northlakes letter Roxie has called me just now and said if I take my receipt down to the store and explain what happened and my emails with her she is certain they will put a request to cancel the ticket in. I shall keep you all updated.

Don't pu ssyfoot around. ASDA employ "not so smart parking" so they are the principle and the parking company are acting as their agents. Therefore this is ASDA's fault and they need to cancel this disgraceful PCN. Tell her you can't afford to shop there any more if it isn't cancelled!I married my cousin.
