Refurbished models come with a years warranty from Apple (same as "new" ones). Prices should go down when a new model is released, IME look on third party sites like mobiles dot co dot UK for the best deals.0

Do Apple sell refurbished IPhones?Jan Grocery challenge
Budget £350 - Spent £64.45 to date0 -
And do iPhone prices drop as soon as the new one is released?
Not by very much unfortunately
For instance you can get a LG G3 for around £250 now, which is almost half its release price, after only a year.
iPhone 5 still costs £300 and that's a 3 year old phone.
5s still costs £450 despite being superseded by iphone 6 and 6 plus.
The only way to get a high spec but reasonably priced phone is to not buy iPhones! Why spend money buying a two or three year old phone, when the same money could get you the latest android phone, or for even cheaper a phone only one generation old.
Also the prices are for the 16gb versions while most android phones come with expandable storage via SD. It's appalling how much apple charge for additional storage capacity on their devices.
Refurb still pricey for 'used' phones. Unless you go fir lower grade ones. But why still pay best part of £200 for a two year old iPhone covered in scratches?Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)
Savings target June 18 - £22,281.99 / £25,0000 -
Oneplus Two is cheaper than that.0
