I recieved and used mine Friday morning prior to getting their email but I feel bad as its not an amazon glitch or a way to get reviews but it was a smaller company error.
I have spoken to them and have promised a post on my blog, Twitter and Facebook and an amazon review to make up for it. They were really nice and I feel sorry for them. I have a well read blog so I think they were happy to get a feature.0 -

The code only works with the pink tablet.

We've ordered two aswell but had no email to ask to return it. What's our obligations in this situation?
If you ordered at £0.00 and they deliver to you under those terms then you are under no legal obligation to return it or pay for it.
Most online contracts are agreed either when dispatched or when delivered so they could simply refuse to send it out to you and you wouldn't have any grounds for complaint.
The email they sent is probably intended for those people whose orders slipped through before the error was noticedApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
