Just tried to cancel (returning parcels is a hassle) and it says it cant cancel the order as it's being prepared for shipment.

: Email says 'you're welcome to refuse the package and it will be returned to us. If you are unable to refuse delivery' how do you refuse delivery of a parcel?

Guilt setting in? begs the question why take advantage of the glitch?

Not per say, just seemed like the logical thing to do as orders were being cancelled. assuming I'll get an email from the company asking me to return it- I have no idea of the legality of this so I was merely wondering if the parcel could be refused. I don't mind refusing/returning the parcel if they request that.

  • Missed this one unfortunately as it would have made a good Xmas present for someone.

If I were in your shoes, I would just wait and see wot happens. If they don't take any formal action to make u return it, I suggest that you politely ignore.

If they have made a mistake with the way they have promoted this product, that is their loss and not yours.

I've had no confirmation so far. And I bought something else from Amazon after "buying" this and got a confirmation email for that.

Well mine has now been dispatched, delivery due 8 Sept. Unfortunately I won't be at home to refuse delivery as I will be working.

    C'est la vie
