Dr Dragon's resignation has been accepted, so this means we can sign on at the DWP etc. so just a few more bits and bobs to sort out there and we are good to go.

For NaNoWriMo I am just under three days behind! I need to write a minimum of 1,667 words a day .... everyday! .... in November and I am so far up to 1,948, I need to write another 4,720 today! Just to get back on track!! As well as that I need to do a load of stitching .... and, and, and .............:eek::eek::eek:

  • Well i know it is small consolation, but i hope this draws a line under all the rubbish which has been thrown at you both re Mr.D and his work, it will soon become a distant bad memory.
Have i missed something with this writing lark?
Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Hopefully yes to the Dr Dragon thing!

I decided to join NaNoWriMo, where you are challenged to write 50,000 words (aka a novel!) in the month of November, this is an average of 1,667 a day , I am two days behind (being stuck in bed and not being able to see!) but I am playing catch up I only need to write about 5,000 words tomorrow to get back on track :rotfl:

Actually Karmacat I believe someone did do that last year and it was accepted! They just look at the number of words you have typed (indeed when you input it it scrambles it so no-one can nick your ideas!)
