    Thanks Taxi - Dr Dragon is still looking for other jobs BUT hopefully he won't need them. Just had the car MOT done and not too bad, the MOT and a small amount of work came to about £180 but that should mean Dr Dragon is mobile for at least another year!

    Well done on the weight loss and things are sounding more positive all round - so pleased that you are turning a corner - even if just a little one and the way is still a bit rocky (am I mixing metaphors now?!).

    As for time share being a full time residence???? !!!!!!??? :confused::confused: If that was your full time residence you'd have a lot to worry about wouldn't you? Like where you would be living the other 50 weeks of the year!! Do these people have any sense at all? :mad: Hope someone can instil some into someone at the council. Good luck.

    Right we should get the t&c from the time share in the mail tomorrow so we then phone the council (straight away!) and request an appeal on the grounds that they are total !!!!!! (well that may not be the actual terminology but you all know what I mean!)

    On top of this as soon as Dr Dragon is working again I plan to cut up my CC and just pay the begger off, at the moment I am planning on over paying by £10 a month and just not using it! As soon as Dr Dragon is working I can probably afford to over pay by £50 a month and that should clear it nice and quickly!

    I think you have the terminology right but it is possible that they word it differently.....

    Not necessarily but I have played catch up for the last week when I haven't been checking in on there and I am now up to Level 10!

    Hmm soon as Dr Dragon is back in work (and has had one decent pay check back through), I think I may cash some of the gold in for a meal out!
