    Okay now the Dragons are fighting, we heard back from Dr Dragon's company and they are not taking the allegations on board (every one is busy and you should accommodate that - like it is Dr Dragon's fault!!!)

    So the fight starts here and now

    Um actually we are going to do something but just in case someone from the company has figured out who Dr Dragon and I are I PMed you the next stage, but we are NOT happy!

    Oh for heavens sake - are these people for real?? Hope the next stage of the plan involves taking them to the cleaners and back! Good luck.

    OH is now in final stage before formal grievance - her boss has been asked (by HR) to participate in informal talks but so far has completely ignored all requests for mediation of any sort. Stupid man. She'd be happy with an apology but if he refuses to even speak to her then she has no choice but to go formal :mad:.

    I may well be joining your new organisation Dragon....

    Join up and welcome mizmir! Hopefully your OH will get some sort of response and soon!

    We have just worked out a full budget for the house before food costs, and if nothing else this experience has shown us we CAN make serious dents into saving for large over payments on the mortgage AND I should be able to clear my CC quickly - we need to make a menu each week and STICK to it!

    Once Dr Dragon is earning a decent salary again we will add to the budget such things as "going out" at the moment we have only bare minimums to keep the roof over our head AND keep the car running (along with phone bills etc) even so we should be able to manage so even though it was a little scary it was a good thing to do as well :rolleyes::p:o

    HI Dragon..you sound positive today>I totally agree that it's amazing how little we can really live on and unfortunately it sometimes takes something bad to make us realise this.On the other hand now you know when He's back at work if you live really frugally then your debts will clear quicker so in a way it's been a good thing.Isn't life strange sometimes.
