Okay today has been ....... interesting! We saw Dr Dragon's work today (well HR person) we are not sure if she is going to take the grievances seriously or not (she has 12 days by law!), the thing is we may not hear any more just at the moment because technically Dr Dragon has no more input (they [the company] should raise grievances against his boss on the grounds of being illegal and bullying), if nothing happens OR we hear they are not taking it seriously then we can go to an industrial tribunal - we hope this will not happen!

Hi Dragon....that's the nasty bit over and at least he's aired his grievances.He must feel a little better for doing that.I hope something comes of it and that his boss is severely disciplined at the very least.I don't think they will be wanting to go to a tribunal either but they shouldn't get away with it.

I'm not sure if anything WILL come of it Taxi - his company seems to be under the impression that because this is Mr X's manner that it is all okay for him to be a bullying bar steward and lets all laugh and joke about it and it will all be fine (won't it children! :mad:)

Other news - E.on are p i s s i n g us about, they sent a bill (with a supposed meter reading which was vastly higher than our meters read even now!) Dr Dragon was told it would all be sorted and not to worry - another letter came (still no meter reader BTW!), Dr Dragon phoned again "very sorry, should all be sorted, don't worry, yadda, yadda, yadda". Still another letter, another phone call - more platitudes - this morning a letter threatening the collection agency bods! :eek:

So sorry to hear about your problem with EON...the only suggestion I can come up with is to get in touch with Offgem (the details will be on the back of your bill) and explain to them what's happening.Why are companies so incompetent?
RE...Dr Dragon..if that's their attitude I would be taking them to a tribunal.

Okay - Eon sorted, Dr Dragon paid the bill (which they have admitted is an overpayment), but they are taking this as a pre-payment towards the next payment so it is all done (even though it was an absolute mess!)

Other than that Dr Dragon and I went to Tescos and one of their employees managed to ram a trolley straight into my shattered right ankle - getting home we discovered I am out of pain killers so I am hoping paracetamol will take the edge of the pain! (if not I am fairly sure that a liberal dose of Merrydown cider will help )
