    Glad to be of service! The chance to have a laugh is definitely important when you are having to deal with cr*p. How is he doing today?

    Still stressed out - it turns out that his boss wants him to have a meeting with himself and HR whilst he is off sick - um NO!!!!!!!!!

    Okay can someone tell me how I have managed to pile on 5 pounds in weight whilst sticking to the diet :eek: - if this is TOTM again (which it is I might add) I thought I had lost the "pile on 10 pounds in a week" bit of it!

    In other news we are about to go shopping (oooh exciting life I lead) for loads of healthy fruit and veg (hmm had first rasperries and strawberries of the season yesterday and they were YUM).

    Other than that make plans for the week ahead (we have a friend coming to stay at the weekend so the house needs to be tidied up a bit!) - the main thing for Dr Dragon to do is fill out a couple of application forms and do the heavy work as I can't :mad: - to think I was in the Army and was uber fit!

    Oh dear. Are you weighing yourself at the same time of day, etc. I find I fluctuate a lot just for time of day! :eek: But keep going - I am sure the fresh fruit and veg will be great for losing more.

    Yep to the weighing time - first thing in the morning just before my bath! (so shall we just say different clothes are not an issue :rotfl:), I suspect it is TOTM as Dr Dragon just measured me again (as he did last week) and I have increased overall by 2 inches as well :mad:

    Lots of fresh veggies needed I think!
