I get the feeling that she thinks that i've had a week to sort it out and get the weight off and what's my excuse? was told i should basically expect to feel hungry until i've lost all my weight, i should go for a half hour walk (5miles her words) every day in my lunch break and demanded to know why i couldn't walk to work (25miles each way is why). No you are not being over sensitive LT - you have been trying to lose weight, you now have a (potentially) life threatening disease and you would like help with both! Have you tried going to somewhere like https://www.caloriecount.about.com (American site but does have some UK stuff on - it is what I use), PM me if you want an off list gripe!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Hi Dragon.... I'm glad to hear there's life after swine flu. Can I ask you, when did you first get symptoms? I got mine 6 days ago, and I must say I don't feel that great right now. Tho also, because I was out of the country till the end of the 5th day, I haven't gone on the tamiflu. You sound like you're doing okay - glad to hear it.

I felt grim all the time I was taking the Tamiflu but as soon as I stopped taking them I started to feel better :rotfl:, but you have to take it so the flu doesn't mutate!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
