Car towed for parking by dropped kerb- please help

A dropped kerb definitely includes the sloping kerbstones that make up the height transition, but councils do not usually enforce parking regulations in front of these for private dwellings unless a complaint has been made to them.
Pedestrian access routes are another matter.
It maybe that the home owner has got the rats and reported you.
Though as stated before Pepipoo is the place for this one.

It makes sense to class the whole of the kerb adaption as the dropped kerb.
