Councils will want to see abandoned properties being reused - data protection wouldn't prevent them giving addresses they believed to be abandoned so someone could then do their own research at Land Registry.I think the Data Protection Act would prevent them from being this co-operative
Almost by definition, if it's abandoned, chances are they don't have any owner details anyway.0 -

I suspect not wanting to create a handy easy to access list for the benefit of squatters would prevent them from doing this...0 -
