Compensation Won!

My son & I were delayed for 3hrs & 10 minutes on a flight with Flybe from Soton to Guernsey in August. I used the Resolver site to claim and have just received confirmation from Flybe that they will be paying 500 euro (about £360) compensation direct to my bank account.

Interesting that at the time of the delay Flybe staff made no reference to the compensation rules despite their Pasenger Charter stating that they will give notice of rights and compensation at the time of the delay.

Thanks to this site and their letter template and information in mid august I sent Thomas Cook the template letter completed with my detals of flight delayed overnight Hurghada to Manchester in August 2013 and today 3/9/15 received a voucher for £3,150.00 pretty good considering I thought this claim would take months, I am now writing to them requesting cash/cheque instead of the vouchers... MANY THANKS MARTIN LEWIS xxx:T
