Talk Talk Management How to Get in Touch

Have posted a couple of times before about Talk Talk. The service they provide is fine but their billing and customer service are the worst I have ever experienced. Their staff seem to have zero knowledge of their products. Does anyone know if there is any way that I can get in touch with a manager who might avoid patronising me. I have the full bundle and the contracts are all up at different times and can't face the hassle of moving providers but am annoyed that I keep getting overcharged and am unable to sort it out. I even tried the web chat and it was just as bad. Next step is OFCOM but would rather not go down this road.
Any help appreciated as I am stressed enough without this.
