Plusnet - Compensation and Goodwill Payments

Has anyone had any success in getting Compensation and Goodwill Payments out of Plusnet?
I made arrangements in June for a office phone and broadband move in August. All was confirmed but on the day nothing happened. It transpired that the order had been cancelled (by Plusnet) but I had not been informed. Lots of phone calls and complaints inc the CEO but it took over 2 weeks to get the phone transferred and a further week for the Broadband.
Plusnet are offering a payment for the Broadband but refuse any payment for the phone. Can they ?

What do the Ts&Cs say about Plusnet's liabilty if they fail to install?0

Their confirmation of my order states "the customer is aware that service may not be continuous"
Plusnet have admitted that they are at fault and are not hiding behind T's & C's for the Broadband aspect - why is the phone service any different?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Hi there,
We'd normally refund for downtime on whichever service is impacted, this is intended as a goodwill gesture rather than compensation.
