  • The problem you have here is that AMTRAC are an IPC company any even with the most solid appeal to IAS/GLadstones/IPC you will lose. So unless you can get the landowner to cancel you are in for a forest of debt collector letter for years to come and a LBCC (come back if that happens).
The decision rests with you as to whether your up for it

Tom - as it's not a F---, they are halving nothing.
What is the half of nil?

Do read those newbies stickies again. If you have, you know that pp scumpanies cannot issue that 4-letter f-word. DON'T USE IT HERE, PLEASE:-)

Ask landlord who employed the scammers, who owns the land?
    Keep it impersonal.
You need sight of the comtemporaneous unredacted contract which authorises armtrac to issue unenforceable invoices in that landholder's name. It must not be monkey signed/dated.

You're at the point of overthinking this and slipping into their vortex, not the fate we ever wish for msers here.

Be aware of other armtrac tactics and subscribe to PP's blog, as good msers do:-)

Just on 3 months later, armtrac jumped ship to ipc. Guess why?

Tom - re: 'try to alter their perspective'.
No, you simply state facts for them, 'which you may not have appreciated.'
