"BT Sport introduced its new rights to Champions League football with some fanfare. But some BT broadband customers are unhappy they've been automatically signed up for BT Sport channels. Today is the last chance you have to cancel the service for a full refund. From September 1st they'll be charged £5 a month."

I dislike sport and I do object to the apparent loaded price for broadband and telephony that cross subsidises sport. I firmly opted out of all BT sport options (which is possible if you demand it), and then negotiated a broadband price reduction of £5.80.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0
