  • I got a letter on 31st July telling me I would have to pay £5 a month from 1st August! I tried to cancel online, but system was down, so did it through online chat. Lo and behold, bill came on Friday with over £9.00 of charges for a service I had cancelled and don't use. I emailed CEO, still waiting for it to be sorted. They will "contact me by 4th September". I think this is a disgrace, they have simply locked people in and take no notice of cancellation requests. Unfortunately for me, only broadband options in this rural area are Murdoch's Sky and TalkTalk, who I was with for several frustrating years.
