Yes, but how long did you have to enter your initial challenge?

They say 28 days, but there are contradictions, that's what I'm saying, POPLA mentions nothing about only have 28 days to appeal. It says 28 days after appeal. And there are rules in the BPA code of practice that contradict each other. It's very vague.

It's hardly an appeal; it's more a string of questions, which the PPC is not required to answer. Neither do they need to respond at all if they don't regard it as an appeal, so they don't and your 28 days to appeal clock is ticking, eventually resulting in a timeout - and too late for POPLA.

And do you know what 'Without Predjudice, Save as to Costs' means?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

"Today they responded and rejected my appeal, and didn't answer any of my questions e.g. explaining the basis of their claim, justifying the loss, telling me who the creditor is making the claim, they didn't provide of a copy of their contractual authority to be able to enforce these charges and so on."
