Need Help from the Vodafone Rep

Update.
Contact form still nor working.
Direct debit still not set up ( tried livechat as can't contact Vodafone rep and have their transcript saying they will set it up again - nope )
Paid last month by card ( as non-existent direct debit failed )
Late fee applied for last month
Today paid this month early by card to avoid another late fee
On 191 now ( 41+ minutes ) to give them 'new' direct debit information, on the off chance they might not !!!! up a 'new' one like they !!!!ed up the 'old' one. And having to do this as the fire-fighting Vodafone rep is providing a non-working 'I'll sort it out link''.
If this incompetent shower of **** have to employ a social media team to keep 'Vodafone complaint' out of the headlines - the pitiful least they can do is have the link the Vodafone keeps posting, working !0 -

It doesn't work Taybur212, been down (for me) since end of August. Have a look at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5294401= There's a CEO complaint form thing that might work, I think it's #8.
Edit : I've just checked the Vodafone rep's activity :
Last Activity: Today 11:42 AM
He's been checking in every day - but hasn't responded to anyone since 1st Sept and hasn't acknowledged his chosen method of communication doesn't work. If he's 'left the building' why is he still visiting the forum ?
