Help please! Business mobile phone plus business text service

I'm running a small business & would like to send bulk text messages to my clients that look professional.
Does anyone know if any of the mobile phone providers have a business account when this add on? Thinking it may reduce the cost, that's all.
Preferably one that does a SIM only deal.
