People shouldn't give up. After my 2nd letter I'll be getting full refund. My 2nd letter threatened claims court. They said it was a gesture of good will and one off. Persevere0

Only 50% back after 10 months use - take ebuyer to the small claims court - using money claim on line (as above). Independent report needed, add to the cost of the claimDo you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0

Or alternatively, just re-read the post directly above yours where the OP says that they are getting a full refund 0 0

I have a refund/replacement issue going on with ebuyer - long story but I ended up getting charged the full amount for a replacement monitor, wasn't getting a reply from ebuyer so raised a Paypal dispute, now Ebuyer have locked me out of my account (not deleted it!) so I can't access my personal info, card details etc. and was told on the phone that I had been 'Blocked permanently' as a customer because I'd raised a Paypla dispute and in doing so accused them of fraudulent trading!!!0

            Hello,
I would like to warn people the potential problems with buying from ebuyer.com
I bought a product from them in early December 2016, after I received the item it became clear that it was not compatible with my computer, so I called them and they agreed a full refund if iI send it back to them which I did.
After 4 months I still have not received my refund, they are claiming that they did not receive the item back, I have full postal proof of the item being sent back to to them, the conversations and emails have been going back wards and forwards since December to resolve this to no effect, all they keep saying is to claim against the post office which I have tried to do, but Royal Mail said that ebuyer have to claim against them as the item was sent with ebuyer's own return labels, ebuyer have refused to claim and said its not their problem.
At the end of the day I am £300 out of pocket, I have been left very unsatisfied with the total lack of care for their customers by ebuyer, I will never spend money with them again, they clearly look at short term business with their customers, just grabbing any sale they can and not fulfilling their agreed commitments.
 Please beware of this company.
Thank you and hope you find this of help.0

How did you pay? Credit card? If yes, raise a Section 75 claim against your card provider for the refund.
If you paid by debit card then you could try a chargeback claim, but you might be out of time for a claim. (If think the time limit might be 120 days).0

Did ebuyer specifically tell you to use their prepaid returns label for a change of mind return?as the item was sent with ebuyer's own return labels, ebuyer have refused to claim and said its not their problem.
Normally they will only pay for goods to be returned if they are faulty or misdescribed and if a customer wants to return something because it's not suitable, this is usually at their own cost.0
