That's what we plan to do today kinger. The delay hasn't been with us its been with the halifax issuing the mortgage.
We are new to this but to me it doesn't make sense paying someone if they ate not going to end up doing the work. Who says they are going to refund us?0 -

Yeah we've already paid £665 for that when we applied for our mortgage so it's not like we are not committing to paying out money is it?0

The survey with halifax is done before offer so that side is all done it's now just down to the solicitors to do their thing.0
