Does anyone know if its possible to haggle with talktalk online rather than calling them?
Also has anyone recently contacted them to get a broadband (adsl not fibre) deal at the end of the contract and what did you get offered?

If your looking to negotiate a deal on your package your best option is to call and ask to speak to the Loyalty Teams. They have all our deals available and will be able to discuss with you the best options for your usage and requirements.
