problems with EE

Hi,
I had an EE home phone and broadband account with EE and I asked to move home in May 2015. When I moved to new address my services was not working normal, broadband speed was very low and stopped working completely. I have had several engineer visits booked but most of the time engineer kept going to Old address instead of our new address. When they could not fix my broadband for nearly 2 monhs I contacted EE and gave my notice to EE on 20th Jun to cancel my account. My phone line and broadband stopped working on 01st Jul although it was expected to work till 4th Jul. When I contacted EE they said that my phone line was taken over by BT which was incorrect. EE told me that my account has been cancelled but they continued to bill me, today when I called EE they said my account was never cancelled and demanding me another £29.99 disconnection fee on top of monthly bill of £22.25. Advisor even told me that my account belonged to a land line number which I never had . This is the first time I am hearing about this land line number. I tried to call this number and got error message that this was an unallocated number. I am really very annoyed now that how can EE charge me for services I never had. All my previous bills are in my previous land line number and not in this new number ee advisor has been telling me. I do not have 2 lines and my home phone and broadbans was moved to Sky. Is it even possible to have 2 phone numbers with 2 different provides on a single landline? Could someone please advise me what to do?
