Okay 'I have a four bed house.' Where is that then, in London?

Why are you such a turd?

Wow. You of all people are trying to suggest someone is lying about what they say they have?

No was no need for her to state that it was a four bedroom property. That is completely irrelevant. A four bed house in the countryside of Liverpool is worth less than a 1 bed flat in London. OP just needed to say she is already on the property ladder, end of.

My comments on her need to replace her existing car still holds true. She's just trying to keep up with her PCP friends and probably embarrassed.

Haha calling me pathetic? You sound like a woman. Are you sure your husband didn't purchase the property?

I think you should reassess yourself and realise you are the pathetic one for replacing a car, that doesn't need replacing, simply to satisfy your superficial need to keep up with your lady friends, who brunch at a local caf! showing off 'their' brand new French/Ford ecoboxes

You sexist !!!!!. Reported, that's way too far.

    No

OP should not have needed to say anything of the kind. Stop making irrelevant and impertinent suggestions, such as telling someone, that you know absolutely nothing about, that they should be investing in property instead of replacing their car.

You're throwing around a lot of unfriendly and derogatory comments, or turds, if you will.

Hence my suggestion that you are, in fact, little more that a great big turd yourself.

OP I leased two cars a few years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Look at all the options Lease, PCP, HP, nearly new etc and do the sums.

If leasing looking for the best deal and be flexible on make and model. If leasing take the money you get for yours and stash it awy for a deposit if you ever want to buy again.

Go and have some fun and get a new car if you want, your priorities change throughout your life from kids, to expensive hobbies to increasing your pension to retire earlier etc. You might decide your next car will be a banger.
