So the house that I decided wasn't quite perfect is in fact perfect enough after all. So i put in another offer and it's been accepted today and I'm a very happy bunny right now

It's about a mile from where we are now and about 100m from Mum :eek:
We had a fab time the other day, sorry forgot to mention it on here, we went on the Polar Express train ride in Devon, it was fab
