So I popped out with the intention of getting some of ds Christmas stuff - I ended up buying myself a dress, some pjs, nail varnish and tights
Oops!!
I went to Mums and had a coffee with her then brought the dog back here with me. I found the duvet in the garage as well as my winter scarves
I also finally got round to topping up the windscreen wash in the car - every time I go to clean the windscreen I think I *must* do that when I get out the car, and never remember
I've also cleaed my surveys, so the rest of today will be leisurely spent doing some online xmas shopping, doing the ironing, watching some footie and generally chilling

I'm so far behind this week that I have't even written a list, however I have done quite a bit already this weekend.
Ds joined scouts on friday, which has utterly made my week
Hopefully that will help keep him on track
Yesterday we went and bought the uniform, boots, torch etc as he has a camp next weekend and remembrance parade this afternoon.
I also did loads of stuff for the christmas fair yesterday, (less than 3 weeks to go now
), today I have cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, tidied the lounge and my bedroom, just need to dust and hoover through. I've done 3 loads of washing, will need to do the ironing later on.
I had my bath this morning and have done my eyebrows etc, I still need to paint my nails but can do that a bit later. I also need to do a food order (running behind this week), write an xmas list, order some train tickets and clear the rest of my surveys. Ds needs to do 2 homeworks, tidy his room, have a bath and go to parade.Mortgage Total: £49,992/ £75,000

And finally I make it back here! So we had our Christmas fair yesterday - the last few weeks have been so mad busy because of it but today is the day I start to get my life back

It went amazingly well, no idea moneywise yet, we will count it all on Monday but it went really smoothly and everyone seemed to really enjoy it
So today will be a bit of a relaxation day, even though I have lots to do there isnnt the pressure that I've had recently. So far this morning I have tidied the flat, the washing machine is on, the dishwasher is on, I've cleaned the bathroom.
The rest of today involves collecting a parcel (ds present), buying a tree, decorating said tree, hooverng through, watching Bournemouth on the telly at lunchtime, a roast dinner, painting my nails and sorting my eyebrows, and generally starting to get things back to normal

So my plan today was to get the Christmas shopping underway, however I started feeling rubbish last night, had a rubbish nights sleep and this morning haven't made it off the sofa yet - I've been shivery, achey, sneezing and generally feeling pants. Anyway, I've slept on and off all morning and do now feel slightly better, I've had some chicken soup and am going to spend the rest of the day watching Soccer Saturday then Strictly and doing some internet shopping too

Thanks Savingmore, the cold has gone now although I still have a bit of a cough. So much for this week being relaxing - I only went and sold the flat
They are cash buyers who live abroad most of the year and just want a base for when they are over here. They want it asap as they're going abroad again soon, so after a frantic day yesterday it looks like I might be moving in with Mum for a while as there is nothing at all on the market that interests me. We did go and view one house yesterday and it was almost perfect BUT it was just too small. It was 2 bed not 3 and was a modern build with practically no storage space anywhere, and I was worried that we would be squashed in there too. This house has to be forever. Im worried that nothing else as perfect will come along, but ultimately it was only perfect if it had been a bit bigger.
So anyway, today ds and I are going out for a Christmassy treat, I'll explain later when we get back as it's all a big surprise for him and I don't want him peaking on here
