Morning all, well yesterday went well, I did my 10,000 steps and stuck to my 1200 calories. I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 5.5lbs overnight  Realistically I know I haven't, the night before yesterday I had a really salty burger and chips for dinner so would have been retaining water there and yesterday I ate really clean all day, drank tonnes and peed for England, so I'm guessing that's what but hey, it's dead motivating though

Today ds is going to his friends for a sleepover this afternoon, I will take the dog for a good walk and go to the gym later too. I booked a kettlebell class for monday and an abs class for tomorrow.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

The dog and I had a lovely walk along the clifftop, I've done my 10,000 steps for today, collected some more pokemon along the way and am doing well with my calories so far.
I'm going to go and have a nice bath now then put some comfy clothes on and potter indoors tonight, doing some housework and generally having a relaxing evening.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Morning, yesterdays weigh in obviously was a blip, I'm back up another 3lbs, which means I've 'lost' 2.5bs so far. Today I need to get my steps in early as I am collecting ds from his friends at lunchtime and we're going to see the BFG so I'll be sat down for a couple of hours doing nothing. Then his Dad is collecting him and I've got the weekend to myself. I could go for a nice walk tonight but I'd rather try and get the majority of my steps out the way this morning.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

The more steps you walk, the more calories you burn. If you have your Fitbit linked to your mfp, it will 'allow' your a few more calories in your diet. Of course, you don't actually have to use them.....0

I'm not using any of them for the first week - need to get back on track, but then I will use 50% of them after that. I went for a walk down the beach, it was utterly beautiful down there this morning. 5,000 steps done, I would have done more but ds text me to say his friends Mum has to go out so is dropping him home at 10 so I needed to make sure I was home. I might even go back to the beach again later on, it was so nice I could've just stayed there all day

So we went and saw the BFG, it was lovely, I nearly nodded off at one point (I rarely manage to watch a whole film), then ds went with his Dad and I came home via Waitrose (£20 on salad / salmon / chicken).
I've done my 10,000 steps, stuck to my calories and plan to spend the rest of the evening catching up on surveys. I've got our accomodation sorted now for our week away.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Morning all, I've been down the beach again this morning, it's actually too hot down there already for me! I have done nearly 8,000 steps so far and I also did day 1, week 1 of Couch25k. I found it really tough which is scary as I had completed it last year and was running 5k each week

So, today would have been Mum and Dads 50th wedding anniversary. My sister and I are taking Mum out later as she will understandably be quite low today.
Other than that I plan to continue pottering through my list, I will get ds birthday card etc today and wrap his presents.
I've just had egg on toast for breakfast and it was absolutely scrummy, well deserved I reckon, I was sweating like a pig when I got back, it is so warm
5 minutes on here then off for a shower. How's everyone else getting on??Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Hi BenBen, I wish you and your Mum a good day today given the circumstances.
Well done on the first day of couch to 5k being completed, you'll get there. It's always really hard to return to running at first but soon it's like your legs remember what they used to be able to do and you'll be soaring.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020

We took Mum to the burial ground then we went to a local tea-rooms, I did have some apple cake and cream
but am still wihin my allowed calories although I have used some of my extra calories earned from exercise. For dinner I'd already calculated a lemon and herb salmon salad.
I collected the dog from Mums again so will take him out later when it's a bit cooler. Time for a mooch I reckon

Morning all, the scales are looking good again today, I'm feeling motivated

Just going to have breakfast then I'll take the dog for a nice walk in the forest this morning to get the bulk of todays steps done. Ds is due back at about 3 this afternoon and the tesco shopping is coming between 2-3pm.
Last night I sorted out all my wardrobe and drawers, I binned a bin-liner full of stuff, I probably should have been more ruthless but at least everything is tidy and organised there again now and I can cross that job off my list.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000
