I've been amazed by the lack of reporting on the china stock market falls. A drop of nearly 2000 points from 5200 to 3200 (ish) since June is incredible & yet barely makes mainstream news (until today perhaps....)
5live isn't even reporting the turmoil. Just read it out in the news bulletin that the FTSE was down. They also specifically stated the number of points it was down rather than a percentage.
Not sure if the TV has more on it.0 -

Will be quite funny to watch when this sort of panic translates to house prices. Bloomberg commenting today that social media spreads panic much quicker than the days when the average punter just heard about market crashes on the tea time news. Interesting that the thread on HPC discussing this has about 300 people viewing it, this really is a backwater over here.0
