Double Glazing Quote - is this a good price?

I wonder if anyone can offer some advice. Here are the basic details; I hope they're enough to give you a feel for what I'm getting done for the price....

Roughly speaking:

small = 4ft x 3ft
medium = 4ft x 5ft
large = 4ft x 8ft

5 x small sized windows
4 x medium sized windows
5 x large windows
3 x french doors

Standard double-glazed PVCu windows with horizontal, external astrical bars (x 90 across all the windows and doors - a lot I know but it's to mirror the orginal design) throughout (not the style that goes inside the glaze).

Normal BSI/Fensa guarantees

£9900 to supply and fit, remove old windows and make good. Good local reputation, been to showroom, looked good.

I'm 30 miles north of London.

Any thoughts?

This is a ok price, check if the company is regulated as there are lots of people who do some rubbish work which let in drafts as they tend to use foam.
