I have just switched from Plusnet using the new rules. My new provider did everything. It went well and within 14 days I was switched. I had no contact whatsoever with Plusnet regarding the switch other than for Plusnet to inform me that a new provider was taking over the line and that I should contact them if I wanted to stay with Plusnet.0

I was out of contract but could also have switched due to price rise. I have not been charged beyond the 14 day switch notice from my new provider.
Interestingly, I was on Plusnet's 76Mb service. My speed with my new provider has increased by more than 50%.0
