Affordable Mobiles - Not paying out

I've tried to claim vouchers for a phone I had from Dec 2012 - Dec 2014

I sent an email to Affordable Mobiles in Jan 2015 asking for details where to send my bills to and if a PDF was acceptable... but they didn't reply.

I sent another email in July 2015, the first email was ignored so I logged in via their website and made a support ticket.

On my vouchers it says you must claim 60 days after the redemption date - however this was blank.

Now AFM are refusing to pay as they say I was meant to pay during the contract, not at the end.

The voucher can be found here: postimg.org/image/ucw7dytbx/

AFM said it was an error on their part, however they are refusing to pay - is this legal? It's certainly unfair but can they actually get away with this?!

Thanks for any help!

As you were supposed to claim back in 6 stages as per the instructions I fail to see how missing dates on vouchers would prevent you doing so.
Surely you should have realised the dates were missing and contacted them when you first examined them, even if you failed to look at them you should of at least realised at month 5 when you had your first 5 bills to send ?

The vouchers don't give dates - just claim numbers. You have 60 days from the bill dates (which they have no way if knowing) to claim. After that, tough luck. The first claim was in mid 2013.

You took out a cashback contract with NO prior research or understanding. You then waited for over 2 years before trying to educate yourself.

It's customers like you who complain when it's 100% your own fault - but you do allow customers like me to run multiple cashback contracts for years at a sizeable profit - so thank you.
