    They've already instructed their Solicitors to appeal, what a surprise, have they no common sense?

    Just another delaying tactic at enormous expense to themselves no doubt :).

    I wonder how much they would be exposed to versus the cost of fighting it?

    Someone has done the numbers and considers it 'cheaper' to go the legal route for the time being I imagine.
  • I think the reasoning is that, as each Appeal or new "case" is launched, a few more claimants fall by the wayside as they give up, cannot be bothered any more, think they will never win etc. So give the merry-go-round another push and watch the claim total reduce.
