Seraquin - side effects

We have started our cat on Seraquin (the alternatives all had side effects) - the tablets appear palatable (he takes them as a "treat") - however - last night - he was sick, we don't know whether this was due to the Seraquin or something else ...
According to the packet, Seraquin has no side effects..
Any comments ?

My previous dog was on the highest dose of it and was never sick.
