POPLA changes in appeal procedures

As HOOHOO states you must log the code before it expires - which is 28 days from the date of the rejection letter.

All that is required at this stage is to log the code on first screen

fill out the form with personal details; name address email etc (this is the same as before in format) including vehicle registration and parking charge reference.

Tick the boxes as to why you are appealing (all three except stolen vehicle - unless of course it was stolen !!!)

Click submit

You will still get a screen message stating that this has been logged and will be passed to the OS.

You will then get automatic receipt from London Councils to the email address you provided on the form

I recommend that you also take screen shots at each stage
