Where are you getting this stuff?
If my PC breaks,does the whole internet go offline too?

My car had an MOT under the new system on August 26. The car is still not showing up on check my vehicle. I have just phoned DVSA and they tell me that there is a problem with their system talking to other systems and it will show up eventually, but they don't know when. This seems very unsatisfactory. Has anybody else had this problem.
