^^^^ Do they need MOT? For new vehicles!!!
I took my car for MOT yesterday and received a hand-written certificate. Apparently the problem was compounded because MOT test centres were not allow to use hand written certs without the receipt of an authorisation code.0 -

When you replace your driving licence, it takes your photo from your passport. Are they "integrated", or "the same"?

Yes all government data systems are integrated in fact the DVLA commissioned the tendering for the new DVSA system . Does the fact not occur to you that if a system with corrupt data is integrated with another it will bring both systems down ?You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian!
