Travel insurance for 80 year old with pacemaker

Learn something new everyday....never knew travel Ins had a 'Cruise surcharge'.
But then have never been on one either.
I imagine it's because of the perceived cost of a helicopter evacuation (seen several over the years, so they do happen). Other stuff is also offered, mostly surplus to requirements, but that's potentially the big one.
In fact, I have no idea if an individual is billed by the relevant country's air force/navy/whatever, but take no chances.0 -
Thanks, we managed to find specific cruise insurance for just under £300, I think that is still a lot for 10 days, but as that was the best price we could find she has gone with that.0
