My PIP claim was rejected, what now?

We are going through it at the moment, my wife is unable to dress, wash or toilet unaided, she cannot cook and struggles with medication due to as she calls it "pants hands". She scored a big fat zero. We asked for a copy of the report and they refused.
Do the reconsideration, it wont cause any harm if it comes back the same.
We are appealing at the moment we have been asked for reports from her GP, consult, physiotherapist and employer, reports they already have!0
