Doesn't that engine have pencil coils? Anyway, I'd be taking your parts list to your local motor factor, give them the reg. number and they will give you the oil, filter, air-filter and four plugs at a decent rate. You don't need the brake fluid change and the pollen filters should be taken out, debris removed, sprayed with a normal, domestic anti-bacterial spray and carefully replaced. Don't waste your time with KF for an MOT, they are decent at exhausts, special offer tyres and a/c checking. Nothing else.0

As far as I can tell, it's HT leads and separate coil pack... according to Euro car parts and Halfords.
This was certainly the case on my 2005 1.6 zetec powered focus.
I bought some filters using Euro car parts recommended list when I first got my car. Anyone need a pollen filter.........goodness knows what it is for but mine doesn't have one.....lol.0 -

Do you have a product name for this? My aircon could do with a freshen up. I take it it was effective for you.
Its made by comma , called Comma air con cleaner £11.99 at halfords last time i got one . You turn car on put the air con on and to recirculate the air in the car , you then put the can behind the front seat and press the button ontop , close door and leave for about ten minutes with engine running0 -

This what I bought. It is the same as Minrichs but this one sits in the passenger footwell at an angle and leave it for 10 mins with AC off and recirculation on and fans on full.0 -
How long since the last service and was it a major service? The reason I ask is as follows:
The mileage dictates when a fuel filter should be changed on a petrol engined car, rather than routinely at every service on a diesel car. If your fuel filter was changed last time, I wouldn't bother this time. I also wouldn't change HT leads unless you have reason to.
Spark Plugs are another thing that modern cars don't need changing as often as they used to. For example, Ford's Zetec engine has a 30k interval between changes.
Brake Fluid need only be changed every 60k miles or so, so I wouldn't bother. Pollen, or cabin filters are items that usually get forgotten about, so I would consider this.0 -

Thanks - It had a full service last year, MOT cert is at home so can't check the mileage but I think its about 8000 this year. I'd read the same about the brake fluid and fuel filter so will be leaving those.
Spark plugs I'm not sure about, can't seem to get any agreement between sources, the Ford Etis site says replace annually but the NKG site doesn't give any sort of clear answer, anything else seems to be just speculation on forums without much consensus.
I'm erring towards the £8 an 5 mins work being worth it for the peace of mind of knowing it's been done...0 -

Wouldn't bother with an annual change of spark plugs. Some cars have a service internal of 30k or even 60k before they need replacing. I've had the spark plugs for 5 years and nothing has gone wrong0
