    AF Spray. Will clean stuff like this off the door.

    Is useful too if you wish to remove oil or grease from an item.

    Just a thought: check the door hasn't got any high-tech coatings on the glass first.....

    Seconded, its great at removing tape glue - and works fine on glass.
    You then need to clean it off with soap & water.
    Or use meths instead.

    A little harder as most decorating involves white spirit somewhere :)
