Thank you Esqui, however I do have one question, can I have a home visit to fix or are they in their rights to ask me to return it?0

Samsung warranty is subject to their terms and conditions .
As far as i am aware they don't do home visits on modern TVs .Could be that if its an easy replace job they do in fact send a local engineer out but its their choice .
You have no rights to ask Samsung for a home visit .
Warranty from Samsung is a limited warranty subject to their terms and conditions .
SOGA Your rights under UK law against the vendor gives you much more and for longer than the manufacturers warranty .0 -
They (the retailer) can't force you to send it back at your expense but the likelihood is they'll send an engineer out who may attempt a repair on site but more than likely take it away for a repair.0
