Vodafone - latest bill changed my tariff

I checked my monthly bill from Vodafone a few days ago, and instead of the usual £10.20 it's shot up to £25.20

I've been on a retentions deal since Feb, which is 12 month sim-only £17 plan with a 40% discount and extra 2Gb of internet.

What they've done last month is charge £15 for the extra 2Gb add-on, possibly because I started using some if it (I'd used 1.5Gb in total that month - most months I use less than the 1Gb that comes with the base plan). Lovely.

The customer services person I spoke to said it'll be sorted - we'll see.

I would call retentions again (choose the option that you want to leave vodafone) and explain to them the situation.

Usual situation with voda CS is speak to 3 different reps = get 12 different answers!

Likewise, my bill has gone up from £22 to £48.99 in the last month with Vodafone as they are also trying to charge me for an extra 2Gb that i have never used but was offered as an incentive to take out the contract, as well as getting the price wrong on the contract that we agreed to.,
