Gaining Provider Led - Switch, if it all goes bad?
Talk Talk to BT
Informed 3rd aug switch from Talk Talk to BT would take place
Called Talk Talk on the 3rd to verify BT had contacted them, they have said they have not been contacted. I requested Talk Talk cancel the package(they said they would cancel from the 3rd, after some persuasion) However bill had been sent out and I would have to claim back.
Called today, contract with talk talk not cancelled. notes on system say I called on 3rd. They were adamant that BT has not informed them of switch.
TT have said they will now cancel the BB and call plan with one months notice from the 3rd Aug (I will now be out of pocket 1 month of fees)
Both providers are billing me The exchange is a BT wholesale exchange. Talk talk have said they are providing calls and BB, BT say they are providing bb and calls. However when I pointed out my current telephone calls are displayed on the talk talk website. They have said it is possible TT has not released the line. BB logon is via BT
Has anyone else had problems with the new GPL system?
